Shaanxi Construction and Installation Group wins three "AAAA Grade Excellent Engineering" awards from the China Chemical Engineering Construction Enterprise Association

Recently, the China Chemical Engineering Construction Enterprise Association announced the 2024 quality evaluation results for chemical engineering construction projects. Three projects of Shaanxi Construction Installation Group were rated as "AAAA-level high-quality projects," demonstrating the Group's advantages in petrochemical construction general contracting and the persistent pursuit of "craftsmanship and excellence" by Shaanxi Construction Installation people. These three projects are: Yan'an Gas Field Fuxian Yan694 Well Area Ground Gathering and Transportation Project, Shaanxi Yuheng Chemical Materials Co., Ltd.'s Coal-Based 1.2 Million Tons/Year Ethylene Glycol Project Phase I 400,000 Tons/Year Ethylene Glycol Startup Project, and Shaanxi Jintaich Chemical Shenmu Chlor-Alkali Co., Ltd.'s 600,000 Tons/Year High-Performance Resin and Supporting Equipment Environmental Protection Innovation Technology Industrialization Demonstration Project.
The Yan'an Gas Field Fuxian Yan694 Well Area Ground Gathering and Transportation Project is located in Zhiluo Town, Fuxian County, Yan'an City. It is a key project in Shaanxi Province and a powerful measure and specific action for Yan'an City to implement the "dual carbon" action and promote green development. After completion and commissioning, it will effectively alleviate the shortage of natural gas supply during peak periods in the province, ensuring the gas demand of downstream enterprises and residents, helping to upgrade the 15 billion cubic meters Yanchang Petroleum natural gas field, and injecting new vitality into the local economic development. The project department adheres to Party building leadership, carries out full-process refined management and high-quality construction, uses BIM technology to deepen the design of key processes and key parts, continuously improves project benefits and efficiency, and dedicates high-quality projects with unremitting struggle. The owner successively awarded the project Party branch honorary banners and commendations such as "Model Joint Construction Branch, Difficult Problem-Solving Team," and "Bright Sword Assault Team." The project has also won many honors such as "Shaanxi Province Construction System 'Ankang Cup' Competition Excellent Team," Shaanxi Construction Excellent Project, and Group Excellent Project Department.
The completion and commissioning of the Shaanxi Yuheng Chemical Materials Co., Ltd.'s Coal-Based 1.2 Million Tons/Year Ethylene Glycol Project Phase I 400,000 Tons/Year Ethylene Glycol Startup Project has made outstanding contributions to Yuheng Group's transformation and upgrading, strengthening its coal chemical sector, extending Yulin City's coal industry chain, improving the on-site conversion rate of coal, and accelerating the construction of a world-class high-end energy and chemical base. The project department carried forward the enterprise spirit of "dedication, trustworthiness, responsibility, building, and pursuing excellence." By setting goals, scientific planning, refined management, and strictly following the construction plan, they implemented safety and quality control at every level, overcoming one construction node after another and delivering a satisfactory answer to the owner. Upon completion and commissioning, the owner sent a letter of thanks, expressing gratitude for the Group's high quality and efficiency in completing various construction tasks and giving high praise to the spirit of Shaanxi Construction Installation people in taking on responsibilities and pursuing excellence.
After the official commissioning of the Shaanxi Jintaich Chemical Shenmu Chlor-Alkali Co., Ltd.'s 600,000 Tons/Year High-Performance Resin and Supporting Equipment Environmental Protection Innovation Technology Industrialization Demonstration Project, it will digest and utilize 1.65 million tons of coal resources annually, increase power load by 2.4 billion kWh, and locally convert approximately 900,000 tons of rock salt, helping to further leverage Shenmu's outstanding comprehensive locational advantages, drive technological progress in the industry, promote industrial synergy, and inject new vitality into the sustained growth of the local economy. Since the start of construction, the project department has adhered to the quality concept of "craftsmanship and excellence," carrying forward the spirit of "being able to fight and endure hardship." By focusing on target tasks, scientific planning, and orderly advancement, they overcame difficulties such as the large number of construction standards and the difficulties in transforming designs into construction, completing various project targets with high standards and high quality, winning high recognition and praise from the owner.
