Recently, the Hengshan District "Thousand Villages Photovoltaic" project of the Shaanxi Construction and Installation Group in Yulin City completed its first grid connection. Construction work is accelerating, and full-capacity grid-connected power generation is expected to be achieved by the end of December. After completion, the project will generate 30 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, generating 10 million yuan in revenue and benefiting 106 village collectives in 17 townships (streets, and convenient service centers) in the district.
The Hengshan District "Thousand Villages Photovoltaic" project is a people's livelihood and people's heart project created with special funds by the Yulin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, focusing on the overall arrangement of rural revitalization and consolidation work. At the intersection of energy transformation and rural revitalization, the "Thousand Villages Photovoltaic" project has opened up a new track for the development of clean energy industries and intensive and efficient land use.
The Hengshan District "Thousand Villages Photovoltaic" project is located in Dunqu Village and Fuyuanze Village, Tawang Town. It has a total installed capacity of 21,200 kilowatts, a planned total investment of 67.84 million yuan, and covers an area of 600 mu. In addition to the income from land leasing to villagers, the village collectives will also receive annual dividend from the project after the photovoltaic power station is completed and put into operation. This not only allows the people to truly enjoy the benefits of energy transformation and low-carbon development, but also lays a solid foundation for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation in Hengshan District and promoting rural revitalization.
