Shaanxi Construction and Installation Group Co., Ltd., established in 1955, is a large state-owned general contracting enterprise with double special-grade qualifications under the provincial government. It is the vice chairman unit of the China Installation Association, China Nonferrous Metals Construction Association, China Engineering Construction Standardization Association, and Shaanxi Provincial Construction Industry Association. The group has a registered capital of 1.5497 billion yuan and holds Class A design qualifications in the chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries, municipal industries, and building intelligent systems. It also has Class A design qualifications for electromechanical design institutes. It possesses two special-grade general contracting qualifications in petrochemical and municipal public works, four Class 1 general contracting qualifications in electromechanical, metallurgical, building, and power engineering, and three Class 2 general contracting qualifications in mining, highway, and water conservancy and hydropower engineering. It also has nine professional contracting qualifications in electronics and intelligence, fire protection facilities, steel structure, building electromechanical, building decoration, waterproofing, anticorrosion and insulation, environmental protection, urban and road lighting, and nuclear engineering; and possesses licenses for pressure pipelines, pressure vessels, boilers, lifting machinery, elevator installation, transformation and maintenance, and licenses for the installation, repair, and testing of electrical facilities. It has the general contracting capability integrating engineering investment, design, construction, and management, and its business covers international and domestic engineering contracting, industrial investment, real estate development, operation and maintenance, equipment manufacturing, and material trade.
