The growth rate of gross output value of construction industry rebounded
In 2016,the total output value of the national construction industry was 19356.7 billion yuan,a year-on-year increase of 7.1%,and the growth rate picked up slightly.The construction area of housing in the national construction industry was 12.64 billion square meters,a year-on-year increase of 2.0%.From the perspective of new projects,the total investment of new projects in the whole year is planned to be 49329.5 billion yuan,a year-on-year increase of 20.9%.
The growth rate of fixed asset investment continued to decline
In 2016,the national fixed asset investment(excluding farmers)was 59650.1 billion yuan,a year-on-year nominal increase of 8.1%(8.8%real increase after deducting price factors),and the growth rate was 0.2 percentage points lower than that from January to November.On a month on month basis,investment in fixed assets(excluding farmers)increased by 0.53%in December.
Infrastructure investment is running at a high level,but the growth rate is slowing down
The growth rate of investment in electricity and thermal power industry was 11.85 billion yuan,excluding 11.8%over the previous year,and the growth rate of investment in water and thermal power industry in 2016 was 87.1%.Among them,the investment in water conservancy management industry increased by 20.4%,and the growth rate increased by 0.2 percentage points;Investment in public facilities management increased by 22.9%,with the growth rate falling by 0.6 percentage points;The investment in road transportation industry increased by 15.1%,and the growth rate fell by 1.8 percentage points;The investment in railway transportation industry decreased by 0.2%and increased by 5.0%from January to November.
Private fixed asset investment grew by 3.2%in nominal terms
In 2016,private fixed asset investment was 36521.9 billion yuan,a nominal increase of 3.2%over the previous year(a real increase of 3.8%after deducting price factors),and the growth rate was 0.1 percentage point higher than that from January to November.The proportion of private fixed asset investment in national fixed asset investment(excluding farmers)was 61.2%,0.3 percentage points lower than that from January to November and 3 percentage points lower than that of the previous year.(source:China Construction News Network)
