Recently, the Group Company held a performance summary meeting for the research project "Research on the key technologies for the design and construction of high-rise seismic isolation buildings in high-intensity regions" at Zhuque JiayuanBuilding No. 7. R&D backbone members from the Science and Technology Information Department, Construction Management Office, Construction Company, Second Company, Intelligent Technology Company, and the Western Construction Seismic Exploration and Design Research Institute attended the meeting, which was presided over by Wang Jianzhou, the deputy chief engineer of the Group Company.
The attendees first inspected the professional areas such as the pressurized water pipe spherical compensator combined with flexible pipe connection in the seismic isolation building, and gave high praise to the successful implementation of the key technologies for the seismic isolation building. In the intelligent operation and integrated control room, the project team demonstrated the group's independently developed seismic isolation layer displacement monitoring software system, which showed accurate and sensitive data entry and comprehensive display interface functions. The application of intelligent testing and monitoring integration technology in seismic isolation buildings is the first of its kind in China and has received high praise from experts on site. Subsequently, the project team analyzed the research and development goals and corresponding implementation results item by item.
This project is the first building electromechanical professional project independently initiated and funded by the Provincial Science and Technology Department of the Group Company, and it has given full play to the traditional advantages of electromechanical professionals. Through the joint efforts of the three-level system of the group, subsidiaries, and projects, a total of7 innovative achievements have been formed.
Li Hao, an expert in seismic isolation technology, believes that the project has not only achieved the expected goals in terms of new technology demonstration application, theoretical research, and technological innovation, but has also made significant breakthroughs in several technologies. It has filled the domestic gap in aspects such as the seismic isolation bearing displacement monitoring system, air ducts passing through the seismic isolation layer, and the construction methods of enclosed stairwell partition walls passing through the seismic isolation layer. It is suggested that the research results be checked for novelty internationally to improve the overall technical level of the project.
