Shaanxi's safety is the most beautiful, labor is the most glorious - Shaanxi Construction Installation Group grandly held a celebration for the "May 1st" International Labor Day.

   Shaanxi An is the most beautiful, and labor is the most glorious; forever following the Party, striving for a new journey. On April 29th, amidst the resounding national anthem, the Group's celebration of the May Day International Labor Day was grandly held. Luo Baoli, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech; Li Feng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, read out the commendation announcement; and Xu Fei, chairman of the trade union, presided over the meeting. Other members of the leadership team, labor models and craftsmen at all levels of the Group, representatives of advanced collectives and individuals in the provincial labor competition, cadres and employees from grassroots units and representatives of front-line employees, and cadres at or above the deputy-section level from the administrative offices, as well as the performers of the "Flowers for Model Workers" art performance, totaling more than 200 people, participated in the meeting.

   On behalf of the Party committee and leadership team of the Group, Luo Baoli extended congratulations to the advanced collectives and individuals who received the Shaanxi May Day Labor Award and medals this year. He expressed his gratitude to the vast number of employees and colleagues who have been fighting on various fronts of the Group, and expressed his respect and festive greetings to the employees who are still working hard on projects at home and abroad during the holiday.

   Luo Baoli elaborated on the development achievements of the Group in 2020 and the completion of various indicators in the first quarter of 2021. He emphasized that this year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party and the opening year of the Group's 14th Five-Year Plan for high-quality development. Under the strong leadership of Shaanxi Construction Investment Holding Group, the main line should be "high-quality development," focusing on the strategic goal of building a leading, first-class domestic engineering service provider with international competitiveness and the "3628" struggle goal. Deeply integrating the requirements of Party history learning and education, we should continuously carry forward the spirit of model workers and strive to promote the Group's continuous struggle and achieve new achievements.

   Luo Baoli requested:First, we should vigorously learn and carry forward the spirit of model workers and always adhere to the fine work style of being pragmatic and diligent.The high-quality development requirements of the Group's 14th Five-Year Plan puts forward higher standards and greater goals for advanced collectives and model workers. We should continue to carry forward the "Three Bulls Spirit," work diligently at our posts, and persist in doing today's work well, doing our own work well, and doing what we should do well, diligently completing every task, and steadily advancing towards the established strategic goals;Second, we should vigorously learn and carry forward the spirit of model workers and always adhere to the fine quality of striving for excellence.The number and quality of awards won by the Group in creating excellence and winning cups rank among the top in the industry. This is not only the best interpretation of the spirit of Shaanxi An craftsmen, but also the highest recognition of the "Shaanxi An Brand" by the state, society, and customers. We should continue to maintain the fine quality of striving for excellence, constantly master new knowledge and skills, continuously increase new abilities and talents, and strive to become new "Shaanxi An craftsmen" who meet the needs of the new era and the high-quality development of the new Shaanxi An;Third, we should vigorously learn and carry forward the spirit of model workers and always pursue brand excellence and employee happiness.The Group should unify its thoughts and actions around the overall requirements of the 14th Five-Year Plan, establish the concept of "one chess game," comprehensively improve the Group's ability to create optimal value for customers, employees, and society, and enhance the Group's Brand reputation in the market. At the same time, we should further improve employees' happiness index, allow employees to share the achievements of enterprise reform and development better and more fairly, and participate in various enterprise undertakings with a more positive attitude, more enthusiasm, and healthier minds and bodies, thus creating first-class achievements.

   Li Feng read out the "Notice on Commendation of Advanced Collectives and Outstanding Individuals in the Labor Competition." On April 28th, Liu Tao, the Group's manager of engineering construction, who had just won the "Shaanxi May Day Labor Medal" at the 2021 Shaanxi Celebration of May Day International Labor Day and Commendation Conference, Zhang Benfeng, the representative of the excellent team who won the "Shaanxi Worker Vanguard," and Ma Lin, the representative of the "Excellent Organizing Unit" in the labor competition of the Shaanxi Construction System, respectively gave speeches. Fu Hao, a national model worker and welder of the Group, read out the "Appeal" to all employees of the Group on behalf of model workers and craftsmen at all levels of the Group.

   Representatives of the Group's leadership team presented flowers filled with warmth and respect to the model workers, craftsmen, advanced collectives, and individual representatives at all levels, and took a group photo together.

   In summarizing the meeting, Xu Fei emphasized that the mission urges us forward, and practical action demonstrates our responsibility. All employees should actively respond to the appeal of the Group's model workers and craftsmen, learn from models, pay tribute to models, and strive to be models on the journey of the new era, focusing on their positions, working diligently, being diligent in creation, and bravely striving to achieve success.    Following this, the meeting held an art performance titled "Flowers for Model Workers." The twelve programs had distinct themes and were presented brilliantly. They sang praises of the struggle to achieve the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, carried forward the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, and further enhanced the employees' enthusiasm for loving the Party, the country, and the enterprise.

   Finally, the meeting came to a successful conclusion with the singing of "Sing My Motherland" by all present.
