Recently, the final exam of the Shaanxi Construction 2021 "Top Ten" project managers, construction workers, material workers, and safety officers' business competition was officially held. In accordance with epidemic prevention and control regulations, the final exam of this business competition adopted an online examination mode. Video sub-examination rooms were set up in various units, and the invigilation method combined online video with offline spot-checks and patrols.
The group company selected 9 project managers, 8 construction workers, 8 material workers, and 10 safety officers—a total of 35 contestants—according to the principle of "full participation, bottom-up, step-by-step selection, and stage elimination". They participated in the competition finals at the 5th-floor video examination room of the Installation Building. Everyone sat apart according to the examination category, scanned the code to confirm their personal examination information, and then began the online exam. Wang Wei, deputy researcher of the Shaanxi Construction Group Safety Supervision and Management Department, and Wang Feilong, a staff member, conducted spot-checks and patrols during the examination. The production management department, centralized procurement center, and safety department of the Installation Group were responsible for the entire invigilation process.
By participating in this "Top Ten" competition, while establishing system post benchmarks, a good atmosphere of "comparing, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing" has been created within the enterprise. In recent years, the group company has actively organized front-line employees to participate in on-the-job business competitions, achieving good results in improving personnel quality through activities, training talent teams through activities, and selecting talents through activities.
