On the afternoon of April 16th, the group company held the 2017 "8090 Talent Project" training and assessment meeting in the second meeting room. Meng Jian, Chairman and Party Secretary of the Group Company, and Hu Bin, Deputy Party Secretary and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, attended the meeting. Nearly 50 people attended the meeting, including professional mentors of the "8090 Talent Project", some representatives of the "8090" talents, and leaders in charge of talent from grassroots units. The meeting was chaired by Wang Jie, Minister of the HR Department of the Group Company.
First, Wang Jie, Minister of the HR Department, gave aspecific introduction to the training plan of the 2017 "8090 Talent Project", and explained the rules and specific requirements of the assessment. Subsequently, six professional group mentors of the "8090" talent project summarized and shared the implementation of the professional group in 2017 from aspects such as activities and overview, achievements and highlights, and problems and suggestions. A total of nine "8090" talents from various professional groups summarized and reported on 2017 by combining PPT and speeches from two aspects: annual summary, experience, feelings and suggestions for the cultivation of "8090" talents. Then, a judging panel composed of four grassroots units and one functional department of the organization conducted the assessment and scoring.Finally, the leaders of the group company commented on each speaker one by one and put forward pertinent suggestions. The conference proceeded in sincere communication and interaction.
Meng Jian, Chairman and Party Secretary of the Group Company, first expressed hisaffirmation of the implementation and achievements of the "8090 Talent Project", and emphasized that we should continuously summarize and continue to revise and improve the implementation measures to provide a broader platform for the vast number of young people in the group company, allowing more excellent young people from the front line to be included in the project, actively participating in various major activities organized by the group company, actively devoting themselves to the reform and development of the group company, and achieving rapid growth. Under his leadership, the participants jointly studied the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. He emphasized that young people should first build their ideological foundation well, listen to the Party and follow the Party, establish correct values, be loyal and passionate. For the group to maintain its long-term prosperity, the key lies in talent, in your younger generation. Finally, he expounded on the future development strategy of the group company, stating that development is the top priority, innovation is the driving force, and talent is the key. He urged everyone to have a summary and forward-looking thinking, strive to create their own use value and exchange value, seize the good opportunity of the new era of enterprise transformation and upgrading, and focus on building a core competitiveness of being either the first or the only one.
