Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Chemical Construction Co., Ltd., established in 1951, is a provincial state-owned enterprise. It currently owns three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Shaanxi Huajian Engineering Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in petrochemical construction; Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in engineering design; and Shaanxi Xiyu Non-destructive Testing Co., Ltd., the largest non-destructive testing institution in western China.
