On May 9, the second meeting of the Guiding Committee for the Malaysian Phosphate Chemical Project was successfully held in Sarawak, Malaysia. Leaders from the owner and major shareholders, Deputy General Manager Hu Ma of the Group Company, Director and Minister of the International Business Department Li Lun, Project Manager Hu Chunlin, and Deputy Manager Yu Wenrui of the First Company attended the meeting.
At the meeting,Project Manager Hu Chunlin useda PPT to give a detailed introduction of the overall site conditions, including construction progress, quality, security, material procurement, and personnel allocation. The Guiding Committee made detailed arrangements for the project's comprehensive work, focusing on discussions of the reasons for design delays, the necessary measures, and the overall deployment of installation projects. Regarding the suspended Phase II project, the Guiding Committee conducted in-depth and frank discussions, reaching a consensus and proposing that the project should maintain confidence, take effective measures, and achieve the common goal of project delivery and commissioning on schedule.
The convening of this meeting is a concrete manifestation of ensuring the full-scale rollout of subsequent work on the phosphate chemical project, promoting active communication and collaboration to achieve rapid progress. It laid a solid foundation for the high-quality completion of the engineering tasks.
