Shaanxi Jintaichlor Alkali Shenmu Chemical Co., Ltd.，600,000 tons/year Industrial Demonstration of Environmental Protection and Innovation Technology for High-Performance Resin and Supporting DevicesAfter completion, the project will annually utilize 1.65 million tons of coal resources in situ, increase the electricity load by 2.4 billion kWh, transform approximately 900,000 tons of rock salt in situ, and achieve sales revenue of 6.3 billion yuan. This will strongly promote the integrated development of "coal, electricity, and energy-intensive chemicals" within the Shaanxi Investment Group, while also helping to further leverage the prominent comprehensive locational advantages of Shenmu and its surrounding areas. It will drive technological progress in the industry, promote synergistic development of surrounding industries, inject new vitality into the sustained growth of the local economy.

2.Scope of Contract

Public Utilities and Auxiliary Facilities (03 Section)。PC General Contracting Section for Public Utilities, Auxiliary Facilities, Storage and Transportation, and Production ManagementThe building structures and electromechanical installation engineering are responsible for public utilities and auxiliary facilitiesConstruction engineering construction, including (but not limited to): production device construction: air compression nitrogen station, refrigeration station, circulating water station, desalination station, comprehensive pump station, inorganic wastewater treatment station, wastewater treatment station,110KV substation,shouldemergency accident water pool/rainwater monitoring pool, etc., and all device structures and electromechanical installation construction within the boundary area.

Auxiliary facilities construction (including but not limited to): central control room, central laboratory, comprehensive warehouse and spare parts warehouse, chemical warehouse, dangerous chemical warehouse, PVC intelligent three-dimensional warehouse and packaging, hazardous waste temporary storage warehouse, comprehensive repair workshop, heat exchange station, fire station and gas prevention station, weighing room, gate and guardhouse, factory-wide access control system, factory-wide general plan transportation; power supply system, heating system, gas supply system, water supply system, telecommunication system, fire protection system, corridor, bridge frame, etc. within the boundary area (excluding external corridors and affiliated external pipes and bridge frames); self-control instruments, safety facilities, fire protection facilities, occupational health facilities, environmental protection facilities, lightning protection and anti-static facilities, roads, HVAC, lighting, etc. outside each device area.
