Recently, Luo Baoli, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shaanxi Construction Installation Group, and Li Feng, Party Deputy Secretary and General Manager, held talks with Zhang Zongtao, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shaanxi Traffic Control Municipal Road and Bridge Group, who visited them.
