On November 2, Huang Yonggen, Deputy General Manager of Shaanxi Construction Holding Group, and his entourage visited Shaanxi Construction Installation Group for a special work inspection and research. The meeting was chaired by Dong Junlin, manager of the Production Management Department of Shaanxi Construction Holding Group. Luo Baoli, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shaanxi Construction Installation Group, and Li Feng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, attended the meeting.
Huang Yonggen analyzed and assessed the development situation of the industry, affirmed the strategic layout and business structure of the Installation Group, and the development achievements in municipal administration, petrochemicals, new energy, operation, and overseas sectors. He summarized the special inspection and made arrangements and specific requirements for the compilation and release of standardized manuals, the construction of intelligent construction site management systems, and the production, safety, business, and centralized procurement business sectors. He pointed out that relevant business departments should follow theprinciple of “doing subtraction, focusing on key areas, and improving services”, strengthen communication and exchange with grassroots units, and do a good job in supervision and service, jointly contributing to the high-quality development of Shaanxi Construction.
Dong Junlin chaired the meeting and summarized and commented on the inspection of four aspects of work, including the operation of the production management system. He put forward opinions and suggestions on relevant issues and required the Installation Group to earnestly implement the spirit of the meeting, sort out and summarize the existing problems, take effective measures, and make practical improvements.
Luo Baoli expressed welcome and gratitude to Huang Yonggen and his entourage for their visit to the Installation Group for inspection and research. In his statement, he said that this inspection and research helped the Installation Group to comprehensively sort out and summarize various aspects of production management, pointing out problems that need to be improved and perfected. The Installation Group will attach great importance to the opinions and suggestions received in this special work inspection and research, formulate a rectification plan, list each item, break down tasks, put the rectification work into practice and detail, and establish a long-term mechanism to effectively improve shortcomings in the work, solve existing problems, and improve management levels. Finally, Luo Baoli stated that the Installation Group will continue to work hard on all aspects of work, go all out to win the final battle of the fourth quarter, achieve the annual predetermined goals, comprehensively promote the enterprise management level to a new level, and contribute the installation strength to the high-quality development of Shaanxi Construction!
Li Feng reported on the progress, highlights, shortcomings, improvement measures, and main measures to ensure steady growth in annual construction output value of the four aspects of work, including the operation of the production management system.
At the meeting, members of the special inspection team reviewed relevant materials on four aspects of work of Shaanxi Construction Installation Group, including the operation of the production management system, project management economic responsibility system, project closure, and construction output value index management, and conducted in-depth exchanges. They reported and fed back the inspection and research situation and put forward suggestions.
