To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC),On September 14, Chen Qi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Shaanxi Construction Holding Group, went to the Installation Group to explain the spirit of the 20th Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC, conveyed and studied the spirit of the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Provincial Committee, and put forward requirements for the high-quality development of the Installation Group and the work in the last four months of this year. Chen Qi pointed out that the 20th Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC is a very important meeting held at a critical moment when comprehensively advancing the great cause of national rejuvenation through Chinese-style modernization. The important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping profoundly answered a series of directional and fundamental major issues concerning further comprehensively deepening reforms and promoting Chinese-style modernization. The "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reforms and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization," adopted at the plenary session, is a programmatic document guiding further comprehensively deepening reforms on the new journey. Chen Qi emphasized that the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Provincial Committee is an important meeting held at a critical moment when the whole province is studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC. The "Implementation Opinions" adopted at the plenary session is a mission statement and roadmap for further comprehensively deepening reforms to create a new chapter for Shaanxi and strive to be a model in the west. Chen Qi demanded that we earnestly implement the spirit of the 20th Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC and the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Provincial Committee, focusing on "what to learn," "how to learn," and "how to act." We should make efforts to deepen and expand market operation, performance evaluation, corporate governance, technological innovation, risk prevention and control, and strengthening Party building, thoroughly implementing the "11359" work guideline, making every effort to grasp the work in the last four months, and unswervingly completing the annual goals and tasks.
When presiding over the meeting, Luo Baoli emphasized that learning, publicizing, and implementing the spirit of the 20th Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC is the primary political task in the current period and for some time to come. All levels of Party organizations in the Installation Group must enhance their political standing, deeply understand the spirit, and effectively unify their thoughts and actions with the Party Central Committee's decisions and deployments; they must adhere to in-depth understanding, widely publicize and promote, and promote the implementation of the spirit of the plenary session throughout the Installation Group; they must combine the study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC with the implementation of the work requirements of the Shaanxi Construction Holding Group Party Committee and with the current work, accelerate the implementation of the Installation Group's "1345" strategic measures, unswervingly complete the annual goals and tasks, and contribute more installation capabilities to Shaanxi Construction's efforts to build a first-class enterprise with the practical achievements of high-quality enterprise development.
