In July 1st,one belt,one road project of Malaysia comprehensive phosphorus chemical project,was first built by the group company.The first 12 thousand tons yellow phosphorus electric furnace successfully closed up and heated up,and it was tested for 6 days.In July 7th,with the command of the scene commander,the 4#yellow phosphorus electric furnace ignition was successful.It signifies that the project has made an important step towards the commissioning of the comprehensive production,and has contributed to the"one belt and one road"contribution to Shaanxi power.
The project one belt,one road project,is the largest EPCC project in China.The largest single industrial installation project,the largest international market project,is also a landmark project for the group company milepost.It is composed of 48000 tons of yellow phosphorus plant,75000 tons of thermal phosphoric acid plant,60000 tons of food grade phosphoric acid plant and other facilities.It is the largest phosphate plant in Southeast Asia.
In September 2020,the construction of the project will be basically completed,with 268 sets of dynamic equipment in the whole field,and the single machine,linkage commissioning,start-up and construction technical data volume transfer of yellow phosphorus plant,thermal method system and plant wide facilities including 46 work numbers will become the core task.At this point,covid-19 pneumonia in Malaysia is still very serious.The professional and technical personnel and materials entering and leaving the country at home and abroad have been seriously affected.The local government,owners'departments,experts and consultants have different opinions,and the project is difficult to push forward.
In order to promote the smooth progress of commissioning,the project department uniformly arranges and deploys,deploys elite soldiers and strong generals,and assigns special personnel to take charge of each key link.Du Jianxue,a technical expert who hasn't been home for two years,works day and night to explain what it means to"work hard to be powerless and work hard to move yourself";Wang Xijun,the installation manager,is responsible for rotating the equipment and solving the problems of large vibration and heating of submerged pump during single machine commissioning;Chief engineer Zhang Liguo was responsible for the complete set of equipment.Due to the impact of the epidemic,the manufacturer's technology could not reach the site for field operation,forcing him to study the drawings submitted by the manufacturer day and night,remotely communicate the performance,principle,structure and purpose of each equipment,and finally successfully complete the commissioning and commissioning of the complete set of equipment;Zhang Weitao,the design manager,is responsible for the fire-fighting facilities,coordinating with the design institute and the owner,and completing the commissioning and operation of the fire-fighting and automatic fire-extinguishing system on schedule before the power transmission of the phosphorus furnace transformer.
On the basis of single unit test run,the project department summarizes the procedures and key points of subsystem linkage test run.During linkage test run,the professional foreman will command,give instructions one by one,and the start-up personnel will operate.Then,the foreman will supervise,the owner's process engineer will command,and the owner's operators will operate.The personnel of each post will work together,and the test run efficiency of subsystems such as phosphorus containing water circulation system,tail gas transmission system and slag quenching water circulation system will be greatly improved.
For more than 80 days and nights,all employees of the project department fought against every minute in the"hot weather"of more than 30 degrees Celsius every day.The single machine and linkage commissioning of mobile equipment,yellow phosphorus device,thermal method system and construction number of the whole plant were successfully completed,and finally ushered in the commissioning of the first yellow phosphorus electric furnace.
The"start-up operation"of the first yellow phosphorus electric furnace has laid a solid foundation for the operation of subsequent phosphoric acid systems and other devices.The project department is confident to overcome all difficulties,race against time,complete the completion goal on schedule and present a gift to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party!
